Overview
Beverly Terrace is the largest neighborhood in San Carlos and is known for its hills, with most of its homes featuring on the hilly terrain. Beverly Terrace borders Highway 280 to its west, the town of Belmont to its north, San Carlos Avenue / Alameda de las Pulgas to its east and Brittan Avenue to its south.
The Beverly Terrace neighborhood features Condos, Townhouses and Single-Family Residences.
The Beverly Terrace Neighborhood is full of parks including sports and recreational parks, parks for small picnics and parks with hiking trails.
Highlands Park is located not too far off from Alameda de las Pulgas with a short drive up Melendy Drive. This park has tennis courts and a playground and they are currently placing synthetic turf for their baseball / soccer field.
Vista Park has one of the best views in San Carlos. The view from the picnic tables is interrupted by trees but it adds to its charm. The park itself is just the vista point but it is a nice place to have a picnic.
