Alex Seroff is a listing specialist overseeing the home preparation and marketing of homes to ensure the selling process is optimized. As an attorney and broker, Alex’s years of real estate experience coupled with his educational background enables him to provide sellers with unparalleled service. Working closely with CEO Michael Repka and DeLeon Realty’s design and field coordinators, Alex is a resource for clients throughout the whole selling process.

Prior to joining DeLeon Realty, Alex worked as an appraiser for San Mateo County and gained a solid knowledge of Proposition 13 and other California property tax laws. Alex also has worked for a land use law firm in San Jose and is very familiar with the processes involved in obtaining governmental entitlements, such as permits and zoning changes. Earlier in his career, Alex was a real estate broker in the Denver Metro area, where he handled foreclosures and short sales, as well as standard transactions. The knowledge gained from these experiences enable him to provide his clients with a comprehensive analysis of real estate properties.

Alex graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder and went on to obtain his JD from UC Hastings. While in law school, Alex was the top student in his real estate transactions and local government classes, and focused on gaining skills important to transactional work such as contract drafting and negotiation. He also earned recognition from the State Bar of California for his commitment to pro bono work serving the community. Alex loves owning his home in Mountain View and goes out to the vibrant restaurants of downtown Mountain View as much as he can with his busy schedule.
