Saumya’s passion for real estate began almost immediately after she immigrated to the Bay Area with the purchase of her first home. Her interest in the field only grew as she raised her family and gained deep knowledge of communities across Silicon Valley in addition to nuances of the school systems and various community activities. After studying computer engineering at San Jose State University and embarking on a successful corporate career, Saumya worked extensively in community-focused roles which allowed her to deepen her understanding of the Bay Area’s dynamic demographics and their unique needs. She finally decided to dedicate her career full-time to real estate by joining DeLeon Realty, which she sees as a perfect culmination of her interest in real estate combined with her extensive knowledge of the community.
