Generally, only the most elite neighborhoods such as Old Palo Alto or West Atherton can command eight figure prices. This home, which will be listed at $7,988,000, will assuredly sell and Barron Park will continue its rise, as buyers love the centrality and rustic beauty of this stunning neighborhood.
