About

With a secluded and peaceful backdrop, homes in the Woodside Hills neighborhood, though luxurious, are not as ostentatious as some of the homes in Central Woodside, much preferring a rustic, quiet elegance. Woodside Hills draws in more buyers than sellers with only about a dozen homes out of 250 going on the market each year. Once settled in this desirable community, few ever want to leave.

Many of the homes in Woodside Hills offer amazing views, large, acre-sized lots, and the lovely landscaped islands that adorn the main road. In addition, though Woodside Hills feels remote, it’s just a quick drive to the nightlife and convenience of Redwood City and commuting along Interstate 280.
