BRADLEY METZ
Bradley has been immersed in real estate from a young age, watching his family’s company develop raw land, minor land divisions, subdivisions, and speculative developments in the high-end market. His fascination with real estate began when he realized that having an educated eye for possibilities can be extremely fruitful, particularly in identifying how an asset neglected by the market can become a hot commodity through thoughtful development or upgrades.
Bradley attained his real estate sales license while earning his bachelor’s degree in corporate law. During this time, he developed a keen eye for value and gained experience in closing deals by completing due diligence for an esteemed commercial build-to-suit firm. He identified ideal sites and negotiated for land that would become future locations for Starbucks, Dollar General, and other multinational corporations.
In addition to working on a master’s degree from Georgetown University, Bradley credits his aptitude in the Silicon Valley market to the many transactions he has been fortunate enough to be involved in while working alongside Ken and the team. Outside of work, Bradley focuses on improving his golf game and spending time outdoors.
