Assistant to Michael Repka
With a well-practiced fastidiousness, Tracy prepares and organizes all materials needed for listing appointments, as well as offers, listing agreements, and disclosures. On a daily basis, her duties consist of monitoring Michael’s calendar, scheduling him for appointments, and picking up phone calls. She also assists Alex by attending listing appointments.
Tracy’s passion for real estate began when she started at Farmers Insurance, where she worked as an executive assistant. There, she was offered opportunities in building relationships with real estate agents who gave her an introduction to the industry. Ever since, she’s been driven to learn as much as she can about real estate, something she knows will come with time while working at DeLeon.
Tracy has been in the US since high school and feels very fortunate to have had her start in California. She loves the weather, food, and diversity that make this part of California so unique. Her goal is to find a dream house of her own one day.
