ALEXANDER LEWICKI

As a Senior Buyer Specialist at DeLeon Realty, Alexander heads the buyer’s team and utilizes his background in real estate law and expansive market knowledge to effectively guide his clients through the competitive Silicon Valley market.

Prior to joining DeLeon Realty, Alexander was an attorney at a Silicon Valley law firm, where he handled real estate and business disputes for individuals and businesses. A passion for real estate brought Alexander to DeLeon Realty as In-House Counsel, where he played a key role in training and education for the team. Alexander’s experience gained from litigating real estate disputes, as well as advising on best practices and risk mitigation, allows him to identify potential problems before they occur and protect his clients’ best interests.

Beyond his work at DeLeon Realty, Alexander is deeply involved in organized real estate. He serves on the board of directors for both the California Association of Realtors and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. Alexander has been elected as the 2027 President of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, the preeminent Realtor association in the area, representing more than 4,000 local agents.

Alexander is uniquely adept at negotiation while also providing deep and thoughtful guidance throughout the purchase process. His enhanced knowledge and experience with all aspects of residential real estate have created a level of understanding and competency that consistently proves beneficial to his clients.

Since 2023, Alexander has represented buyers in over fifty successful transactions, totaling over $200M in sales volume.

As a Palo Alto resident, Alexander also brings firsthand knowledge of the local market and its unique opportunities. Outside of real estate, Alexander is an avid golfer and San Francisco Giants fan.
