LEGAL & TAX ADVICE
DeLeon Realty is not a law firm, but it is entirely lawyer-owned and employs licensed brokers who are also licensed lawyers. Through the Law Office of Michael J. Repka our DeLeon Realty clients can separately contract to receive legal and tax advice related to the sale of their home at no additional fees, paying only costs incurred with the legal services.
Beyond merely achieving the highest possible price with the lowest amount of stress, one of the main roles of a real estate agent is to protect clients from any risks of liability. DeLeon Realty has the tools and the legal acumen to do this at the highest possible level.
Disclosures
Under California law, sellers face significant liability if they fail to disclose a material issue to a buyer. The DeLeon Team employs licensed California lawyers who have legal experience with real estate disclosures. DeLeon Clients have the option to receive legal services regarding their real estate transaction directly from the Law Office of Michael J. Repka, where they will not be charged any legal fees and will only be responsible for costs should any be incurred during the representation.
