The DeLeon Team Just Ranked #1 in the Entire USA

Way back in 2011, Ken DeLeon and I discussed the possibility of establishing an innovative new real estate team.  At that time, no individual agent or team from Northern California had ever been number one in the United States in terms of sales volume.

That honor typically went to real estate agents and teams from places such as New York City or Beverly Hills.

However, that all changed in June 2012, which is when Ken DeLeon was named the number one individual real estate agent in the entire country for calendar year 2011. What was even more remarkable was that Ken accomplished this amazing feat in only 10 years from when he got his real estate license.  Oh yeah, and he did it while beating cancer.

Somewhat surprisingly, rather than resting on his laurels and coasting, Ken agreed to form a revolutionary new real estate team: the DeLeon Team.

On Friday, June 28, 2019 REAL Trends published its 2018 rankings in the Wall Street Journal and the DeLeon Team was the number one real estate team in the entire United States!  What’s even more remarkable is that this is the second time in the past four years that the DeLeon Team has received this incredible honor.

Some of our competitors may argue that is unfair to compare individual agents and small teams to the DeLeon Team, which has an arsenal of specialized professionals on staff, including attorneys, interior designers, licensed contractors, handymen, marketing specialist, and photographers. Others argue that we outspend everyone on the marketing of our properties, so we are effectively “buying” our success.  However, that is exactly the point.  All of our amazing people, and the unprecedented level of service and marketing that we provide, are exactly what has made us number one in the country.
