The DeLeon Team is proud to congratulate Francis Lopez and Alexander Lewicki on their election to leadership roles within two of California’s most influential real estate organizations. Francis has been elected 2026 President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Silicon Valley Chapter, while Alexander has been elected President-Elect of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR).

AREAA is devoted to serving homeowners and fighting for homeownership opportunities nationwide. With over 19,000 members, AREAA is the largest Asian American and Pacific Islander trade organization in the country.

SILVAR has over 5,000 REALTOR members in the Peninsula, and oversees the ethics and professionalism of its members while also protecting home ownership and property rights for the public at large.

Francis and Alexander’s swift rise within organized real estate further bolsters the DeLeon Team’s reputation within the community and dedication to the profession. When decisions are made that affect homeowners, we are not learning about them secondhand via an email chain or monthly brokerage meeting.
